Our Office Care Manager
Our office care manager strives to foster teamwork and customer service among
our staff, while continuously looking for ways to exceed patient expectations.
As the office manager, I would like to extend some friendly reminders to our
patients and families:
- If your child is ill, remember to call the office on the day you would
like your child to be seen for an open access appointment. (See
Scheduling Page for more information about appointment types)
- Try to show up to your appointment a few minutes early, if possible.
This allows our doctors to try to be as prompt in getting to your child
as they can. If it is your first visit to our office, please review the
FAQs page to ensure that you know what to bring and what to expect from
your visit. (See Patient Information for Frequently
Asked Questions)
- Allow up to one week for:
- Medication refills
- Specialist referrals
- Copies of immunization records
- Completion of school/daycare/sports physical/WIC forms
- Other non-urgent requests.
Please plan ahead to ensure that you have adequate time to have these issues
addressed.
- Consider scheduling well child check ups in the summertime when the office
is less likely to be busy. Scheduling your appointment during the non-peak
season may also allow the doctor more time to spend with your child if needed.
- Consider preparing a list of questions or concerns that you want to address
with your child’s doctor before your visit. This can prevent you from
having to call back with questions to the nurse and/or prevent you from
having to schedule another appointment.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your visit to our office, please
take a few minutes to speak with our office care manager to share your ideas
as to how we can exceed your expectations on your next visit.
